Turn a supplier price-list PDF into rows you can check.
Start with a text-based PDF with visible table borders. Extract its SKU, description and numeric price into CSV, while keeping ambiguous prices in a separate review file.

“Call for price” is not converted to zero or invented as a number. It stays in the separate review output.

Check your own PDF first
- Use a text-based PDF with visible table borders and clear SKU/price columns.
- Start with one compatible file. The Actor accepts up to five public HTTPS PDF URLs.
- Do not make confidential supplier documents public just to use this tool. Only submit files you have permission to process and expose at their source URL.
- Scanned images need OCR, which this Actor does not provide. Borderless layouts, merged cells and unusual price formats may need review or a different tool.
Use the output in your workflow
Inspect the CSV first, resolve review records, then import validated rows into your spreadsheet or downstream system. The existing automation kit provides setup material; this example does not claim a completed ERP or Google Sheets integration.
